SWISH Arts & Culture Festival 2026 Enjoy free live music, dance, an food festival, activities, murals, tours, and more. These immersive experience will take place in downtown Indianapolis and are part of a city-wide celebration during the biggest celebration of college basketball.

Indy Arts Council and Indiana Sports Corp, in partnership with Forty5 Presents, GANGGANG, Epicurean Indy, and the Men’s Final Four® Local Organizing Committee present SWISH, an immersive arts & culture experience downtown during the 2026 Men’s Final Four, April 3-6, 2026.
